Character Name: Zelda
Series: Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Timeline: Before she gives her piece of the Triforce to Midna; somewhere midgame while she's stuck in the tower.
Background:

Spoken / written languages: Zelda can read and write Hylian (and Ancient Hylian!), as well as all languages of the surroundings areas (Zora, Gerudo, Goron, etc). Which...wont help much here, but you know.
Abilities: In every version of the game, Zelda is the bearer of the Triforce of Wisdom, which is essentially the essence of the goddess Nayru herself. This gives Zelda divine wisdom, which gives her a wisdom above almost all others, especially in situations concerning the welfare of Hyrule. It also grants her mystical abilities, including the ability to heal others, manipulate reality, and the ability communicate telepathically. It also enhances her magic, causing her to be quite the force to be reckoned with.
Items: She will have all of her royal regalia on; her crown, the ornamental gown, and the black cloak she dons while imprisoned by Ganondorf.
Third Person Sample:
Waiting wasn't something unusual for the princess of Hyrule. She'd been doing it for...she wasn't even sure how long it had been anymore. Weeks? Months? Years? It felt like an eternity since she had seen another person; another face similar to her own as opposed to the dark, looming presence of Ganondorf.
Perhaps, if she waited just a bit longer, he would come. The Hero.
She was motionless in her favored spot; a broken chair that creaked when you sat on it, and that was pushed up against the wall near the fogged glass of her window. As she peered out said window at the lifeless city below, she contemplated the series of events that had led her to be in this situation. She did not regret the decisions she had made, the choices that had seemingly caused this...imprisonment, this confinement from reality. If necessary, she would give everything she had for Hyrule, for her people. As she let her midnight blue eyes close, she released a soft sigh. A fitting punishment for the Princess of Hyrule, Ganondorf had said. His voice still resonated clearly in her mind. Confined in her own castle, unable to do anything but watch the events unfold. Truly, Princess; I have shown you great kindness. After all, I could have simply thrown you in the dungeons and let my beasts do what they will to you. Is that what you would prefer...?
She jerked herself away from the memory with a shudder she could not suppress. Blocking it from her mind, she stared back out the window.
The people below moved as spirits, ghosts, and Zelda was powerless to help them. Certainly she could challenge Ganondorf; she still had her magic and the Triforce still burned hotly on her hand, however...
It was not worth the risk. She had surrendered in order to keep her people alive; to prevent a mass slaying of her kingdom. She did not intend to put lives at risk like that.
Zelda's expression was blank, as it usually was these days. It was as though she was seeing the scene below her through glass eyes that no longer actually accepted what was going on.
He would come.
First Person Sample:
[There is a clunk, and by the way the person is talking, it sounds rather like someone has accidentally pressed a button on the communicator.]
What...is this magic? [The decidedly feminine voice is composed but strained, and there is evident confusion interlaced with a bit of suspicion. The speaker is examining the device, and as she begins to figure out how to use it, her voice strengthens, though her next words sound...tired.]
Where am I...? [She seems to be talking to herself, and her voice is faint; she isn't speaking directly into the device anymore.] How...odd.
[She clears her throat, then directs her voice into the communicator, fully intending on finding out just what is going on.]
Being as I am quite obviously not in Hyrule Castle, nor even Hyrule itself; I must ask for some sort of explanation. If there is someone out there that can offer that, I would be deeply indebted to you.
Preferred Quarters: Nope~!
